gatwick airport to Heathrow

Hi i’m trying to meet my friend whose flight comes in twelve hours after mine and was wondering if it is easy to get from gatwick airport to heathrow. Like are there shuttle busses or public transports or nice English people who would pick up a friendly hitchhiking Canadian boy? I’m saving three hundred by taking the flight to gatwick so i kinda want to make this happen! Any suggestions from the British folks? Also anyone know where i can get cheap chelsea fc tickets cause that is where my savings is going! Thanks all!

Thirded… if you’re going to be staying in London, it kinda makes a bit more sense for you to meet in one of the train stations (many many to choose from in London

u can get a direct train from gatwick to central london (victoria station) and u cud either meet ur friend there as there is a fast train from heathrow to central london as well or you could just get on the tube from victoria to heathrow. it just means you will be travellin into central london and then out again. heathrow isnt too far neway, gatwick is bit further out tho but easily accessable
Ok this is just a quick update on my situation, our flights were changed to land in gatwick now, and we found a cool cheap bus service from gatwick to Central london with easy bus. Web site is www.easybus.co.uk
I got transport from there to fulham broadway station for me and my buddy for 4.25 pounds. It sounds too good to be true but i wont find out until i get there i’ll update you when i get back. I leave today peace travellers!
From what my friends have told me the easybus is fine except for the traffic problems you may encounter…
