Hello I’m planning my first travel provably December i will go from the 12/26/08 till 01/11/09
the plan so far is visiting 4 countries

12/27/08 to 12/28/08(1)Madrid. Arrive in Madrid From US
one day just to check it out
12/28/08 to 12/30/08(2)Italy I’m thinking to fly to Rome on the on the 28th i know is 2 or 3 hours by air. then stay there till the 30th

12/30/08 to 01/01/09(3)Corfu
Then I will like to go to Greece, for new years but I have no idea the time frame from the travel from Rome To Corfu, Greece. Do anyone have a time frame???.

01/01/09 to 01/03/09(4)Rome
then on the 1st go back to Italy But this time to Venice Don’t know the time frame(Travel time) from Corfu to venice ???

01/03/09 to 01/07/09(5)Paris
Then leaving on the 3rd from Venice to vice Them to Paris, Also I have no Idea of time in the road???.
-01/07/09 till 01/11/09(6)Madrid
on the 7th i will check madrid good I think from Paris to Madrid is 13 hours not sure

Just Wonder if I’m over planning, or if i will have time to stay one day in london and come back to madrid by the 9th instead of the 7th. i guess I will need to have times on the road

Its my plan possible???

plus an hour on each end to get between airport and city and 1 to 2 hours to get through check-in and security on the front end and possibly passport control, baggage claim, finding the appropriate exit to get to town on the back end— so a total of 5 to 8 hours/

Most likely an overnight ferry.

Have you looked into an open-jaw ticket so you don’t have to go back to Madrid? Fly into Madrid and out of Rome, Venice, or Paris and rework your itinerary to eliminate back-tracking. I’ve actually had open-jaw fares work out cheaper than regular round-trip tickets, and even if it costs a little more at the outset you’ll save on having to get back to Rome and not waste valuable time in transit going back to Madrid a second time. Give me an idea of where you’re flying from and I’ll help you look for tickets.
