Order for places to visit

My friend and I are looking at how we are going to schedule each country in which order. Things that effect the order is that we are getting the euro rail pass for 4 countries or just get a global pass depending on money. We want to go to:
London
Germany
Paris
South of France
Switzerland
Italy
Greece
and then fly back to Sweden
Also wanting to go to Ireland but its a little out of our way
So we are going to start in London and thats all we know
And then after we figure out all of this then we will figure out towns and attractions in the countries
I would just do a four country pass. Start in London, fly to Paris. next, South of France. Then to Italy with a ferry over to greece. Ferry back from Greece to Italy then up to switzerland/germany fly to Sweden. Or fly from greece to switzerland/germany, skipping second trip to Italy.
